While performing work in Kanat Tabla, the Commonwealth Utilities Corporation inadvertently cut a 200 pairs IT&E cable. Damages to the cable resulted in Landline and DSL Internet service outage in the area. IT&E crews are working with the Commonwealth Utilities Corporation to restore services as soon as possible to avoid any further inconvenience to our customers.
Again, IT&E would like to remind government agencies and other private businesses to request for a cable location 24-hours prior to performing any excavation work.
