Following the ongoing upgrades to its fiber-optic cable network, IT&E has launched new home internet bundles complete with home phone, internet, modem and a free Roku stick as low as $80 a month with free installation and no processing fees for the month of April.

In the mid-part of last year, IT&E began laying fiber-optic cable to enhance the island’s network and coverage.

According to Chief Operating Officer John Compton, the upgrade includes miles of the latest fiber-optic technology to bring faster speeds closer to neighborhoods.

“We’ve invested in a fiber network that allows us to provide better value and lower prices for our consumers. We are bringing faster speeds and cleaner connections closer to homes, as opposed to copper DSL, which is often affected by weather. We plan to do the same on the islands of Tinian and Rota,” Compton said.

Compton further expressed that residents will save more monthly and get a free Roku stick with each activation while supplies last to enjoy online streaming services.

“We currently offer two types of bundles with unlimited data usage no matter the internet speed chosen. More residents will be able to experience a faster, more reliable network with savings when you bundle as a new or existing customer. For existing customers, you’ll see these savings reflected in your May billing. For customers who need wireless services, other bundles and add-ons are available,” he said.
